The Murray Law Office is engaged in the general practice of law primarily within Worcester, Norfolk and Middlesex Counties in Massachusetts as well as Rhode Island.
The office handles the following areas of law:
- Bankruptcy: All aspects of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, primarily for consumers but also for small businesses, including the counsel, draft and filing of all necessary petitions, schedules, plans, amendments as well as lien avoidance motions, civil action terminations and foreclosure delay or prevention.
- Personal Injury: Automobile accidents, slip and fall cases, dog bites and other personal injury claims. We will work with you to maximize insurance benefits and aggressively pursue fair compensation for you for lost earnings, medical expenses as well as pain and suffering.
- Wills, Estates and Trusts: This includes the counsel and drafting of appropriate estate planning documents such as wills, durable powers of attorney, health care proxies and trusts as applicable. We also are experienced in all aspects of the probate or administration of decedent’s estates.
- Real Estate: We are fully experienced in representing either buyers or sellers of real estate in all aspects of the closing process.
